The Atlantis Adventure
Chapter 5 "The Captain"
After leaving the jungle, Charlie and the others realized it was already night, so they returned to the ship.
"Let's awaken our powers first instead, shall we?" Charlie suddenly suggested as he was examining the damaged mast.
"Okey!" The other three said in unison.
They were just about to take out the awakening stone when Ilofin suddenly asked, "Wait a moment. It's fine to awaken later, but it seems that the deity in the ruins didn't tell us how to do it?"
"Right." Charlie and the others gradually recalled this incident.
They took out their awakening stones and were about to study them when, suddenly, an abnormal phenomenon occurred with Ilofin's awakening stone. It emitted light, then transformed into a beam of light, leaving a red glow in the air and entering Ilofin's body through her chest. At this moment, an illusory red heart-shaped figure appeared behind her. Ilofin also felt a warm sensation spreading throughout her body. At the same time, she sensed that the bow she was carrying on her back seemed to have a certain connection with her.
She picked up the bow and noticed that there was already an arrow on it that had been there for some time. So she pulled the bow and shot an arrow towards a tree in the forest. Unexpectedly, the arrow that could only pierce through before was this time able to pass through the tree.
"So this is what the power of the supernatural ability is like." Ilovin murmured to himself.
At this moment, the other three people nearby said, "Ilovin, how did you manage to incorporate the awakening stone into your body?"
"I have no idea either. Just now, I was holding it and it just went into my body by itself." Elofin said, shaking his hands.
Chai Yi thought for a moment and then said, "Ilovin, since you are the first among us to awaken the supernatural ability, it means you are the most special among us. So, you will be the captain of our ship."
"No, this ship is yours. It should be you who takes the helm." Ilovin refused.
Chai Yi thought for a moment and replied, "The ship is mine, but it's not necessary for me to be the captain. It depends on who is more suitable."
"All right." Eventually, Ilofin agreed.
